Weight this morning: 207 pounds.  Loss this week: 1 pound.  Total loss: 10 pounds.

free food
non-portioned food
reward food
self-medicating food

Things that are good:

ballroom dancing tonight!  My New Favorite Thing!
tattoo this weekend!

Yay!

Also, the reward food and self-medicating food (and cider) did, at least, result in a FINISHED inventory.  They're now on someone ELSE's desk.
