Week 2, part 1: Reckoning

9:10 am, Monday.  214 pounds.  Loss this week: 3 pounds.  Total loss: 3 pounds.

Starting week 2.  Technically, it's only been six days, but I like to count from Monday.  Because I let myself relax a little on the weekends, it's good to have Monday be the day of reckoning, to give myself that impetus to get started in earnest again.

(Also, I'm not going to tell you what I eat on weekends.  Accountability only goes so far.  And a girl's got to have some quiche in private sometimes.)
